Great news that we will be gathering once again. Thanx Steve for stepping up to honcho this!

After a long career at NASA, ranging from planetary astronomy to environometal studies of the Earth from space, I am retired. I started retiring in 2004 & finally fully succeeded in 2014. I served as an adjunct prof at George Mason U & Stevenson U, and was a semi-pro photographer in that interim.

Nancy Hybner Murphy & I have been married 54 years now. Wow! We have two adult children & two grandchildren. We recently moved from Towson to Timonium (like moving from Arlington to Falls Church) & buying our dream house. It was built in 1956 when things were done right! Love the picture window and the open styling!

I am active in my church, including the teaching of a level 4 ESOL class. (That might not have surprised my physics teacher, Mr Packard, were he still around, but it sure would shock my English teachers, Mr Gibbs & Mrs Shurtliff, let alone my Latin teacher, Miss Newton.) I do a lot of photography, and even make a little bit of money from it from time to time.

Like all of you, I am mourning the loss of classmates. This past year saw the passing of two of my best friends, Dick (nee Richard) Omohundro and Moody (nee M.D.) Wharam. I cherish those still here, and manage to stay in regular contact with Nancy (no duh!), Sandy Weaver McLeskey, & Michael Diamant. I am looking forward to seeing others of you at the reunion.
